Odds & Ends, Books I & II is the definitive time capsule of Kraig Rasmussen’s first two decades of comics — a massive, two-volume anthology of “lost & found tales” that compiles more than a decade of experimental science fiction, humor comics, film and TV pitch comics, and unseen personal works into a gorgeous 200-page collection.

Announced in January 2023 as part of Zoop’s new slate of crowdfunding projects, the campaign asked for $6,000 and blew past it, raising $8,132 from 53 supporters. Each of the two volumes runs about 100 pages in a generous 6.625” x 10.25” trim size — an oversized showcase for Rasmussen’s dense, hand-inked storytelling. Comic Watch covered the campaign’s launch, and The Beat highlighted it among Zoop’s January projects, noting how the collection gave orphaned science fiction and humor stories “new life in gorgeous graphic novel packaging.”
