When his owner Peter places an enchanted anchor medallion around his neck, a young pup transforms into the superhero SeaDog! Created by father-son team Mark and Chase Poulton, SeaDog has super strength, can fly, and can transform into any sea creature.
SeaDog lives a double life—as C-Dawg, world-famous rapper, and as SeaDog, an all-powerful superhero whom C-Dawg secretly hates for “ripping off his name.” When superhuman trackers led by the mysterious villain Shikari abduct an unregistered meta, the government strikeforce known as CODENAME: KILLSWITCH tries to enlist SeaDog’s aid.
Featuring art by Clint Hilinski (Justice League, Youngblood) and colors by Andrew Dalhouse (Bloodshot, Teen Titans, USAssassin), this 48-page graphic novel is inspired by the action-adventure superhero comics of the 1990s.
The character serves as an ambassador to the Haunted Pizza Universe in an almost Marvel Team-Up fashion, interacting with several characters from the publisher. He’s appeared alongside Hurley’s Heroes and exists in the same universe as Codename: Killswitch.
