Johnny C is known as “the best dude in indie comics.” Not only does he make comics, but he makes a coffee that goes with it—and will serve it to you at conventions. Who could ask for more?
Johnny is also a co-host of the podcast Indie Comics Relay and an advocate for indie comic creators and the self-published. He’s a big man in stature and spirit who is always sticking his neck out for the underdog.
His contribution to We Suck at Comics: Volume 2 is “Surrounded By Death”—a 9-page short pulled from his Surrounded By Death storyline. It serves as an epilogue to issues 1 & 2, featuring zombies, an abandoned mall, and a renegade, militant mime just passing through for a cigarette. He can’t tell ya, but he can kill ya!
He also contributed “How to Open the Gates of Hell” to We Suck at Comics: Volume 1.
