Josh Gorfain is a writer, graphic designer, colorist and letterer—not necessarily in that order! He’s also a video game enthusiast and a dedicated creative in the indie comics scene.
In ‘Miseria’ from We Suck at Comics Volume 2, the story centers around Killian, a police detective who decidedly and deliberately colored inside the lines and got punished hard for it. Pushed to the edge, he encounters Miseria (the goddess of Despair) as he is about to jump off a bridge. She talks him down inadvertently and suggests that they take care of the source of his troubles, leaving him shaken, but now with a grim purpose…
