Renzo Podesta has been illustration and coloring comics since 1994, building an impressive international career as both an artist and colorist. Based in Rosario, Argentina, he brings a distinctive style that blends Argentine independent comics sensibility with mainstream American storytelling.

Among his notable works are El Aneurisma del Chico Punk (whose Volume Two won the Carlos Trillo 2019 award for Best Adult Public Work), Taxidermista, (Bang) Kok: 60 ways to escape from a city, 27 (published by Image Comics in the United States between 2010 and 2011), Warpaint, Steve Ditko, Private Investigator, and Howard Lovecraft and The Frozen Kingdom.

His latest projects include the webcomics El Extrañísimo Kranger and K1NDR3D (with Marcelo Acevedo), the illustrated book Aceite de Perro based on Ambrose Bierce’s short story, and Dead Pencillers in 2022.
