Horror Not Hate is a 200-plus-page horror anthology with a mission: dozens of comics creators standing together against fascism and hate, with every cent of proceeds split evenly between CHIRLA (the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights) and Lambda Legal (the oldest national legal organization fighting for LGBTQ+ equality).
Organized by Slow Feet Comics editor-in-chief J.M. Brandt, the collection packs in 25 horror stories and a 50-plus-piece art gallery, with a foreword by Tim Seeley. The contributor list reads like a who’s who of indie horror: writers Rich Douek, David M. Booher, Jonathan Hedrick, Joshua Pruett, Tim Waggoner, and more, alongside artists including Skinner, Corinne Halbert, Caleb Ady, Francesca Fantini, and Kraig Rasmussen. As Fanboy Planet wrote when the project was announced in November 2025, “Dozens of comics creators and artists stand together for a horror anthology that will combat the horror of…” — well, the title says the rest.
It’s horror with a heart and a wallet: every download puts money directly into the hands of organizations doing frontline legal and advocacy work. The anthology is available now as a digital download on Itch.io for $25.
Perfect for horror completists, anthology collectors, and anyone who believes the genre’s greatest monsters are the ones that exist in the real world — and that the right response is to fight them with ink, imagination, and solidarity. Grab your copy at Slow Feet Comics on Itch.io.
